At the Butcher and In Our Kitchens

Our chefs work diligently to maintain the highest quality. Prepping and packaging all kits fresh and to order.

Packing Team

We use high quality insulated liners and ice packs to ensure all items stay fresh and cool for up to 72 hours.

one off at Home! 

You can start cooking the moment the kit arrives at your door or you can follow the storage requirements on the included instructions.

Shipping

We ship our meal kits and butcher shop offerings via 2-day air. We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders must be placed by 10 am CT the day prior to ship next day. Otherwise, they will ship the following shipping day.

For non-perishable items, like cookbooks, we use ground shipping.
